The Church's Partners Foundation (CPF) Emergency Fund is available to employees who have been directly impacted by severe hardship, crisis, or catastrophic incident. Emergency Fund resources are designated for crisis situations including fire, natural disasters, funeral costs, serious illness, and other financial hardships.

MEET THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
For the last 3 years, Brendan Berg has specialized in creating restaurant management tools and systems that deliver the Total Guest Experience, improve operational KPIs and add incremental value to the Church’s Chicken® organization.
Brendan’s hands-on approach to leading and coaching have been fine-tuned over many years in key operations-focused roles, including Classroom Trainer, Franchise Business Leader, and later as the Senior Director of Global Learning for Burger King®. In these roles, he developed and delivered global curriculum for every level of the business on such topics as leadership development, restaurant level profitability and high-impact communication. Brendan works side-by-side with franchise operators and business partners to develop practical solutions that have a positive impact on the business. . He is pleased to be a Board Member of Church’s Partners Foundation, helping provide support and assistance to employees of Church’s Chicken in difficult times and fund the Church’s Scholars program.

Andra Terrell received her B.S. from Johns Hopkins University in 1992 and her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 1995. She is a member of the Maryland Bar. Mrs. Terrell currently serves as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel for Cajun Operating Company, d/b/a Church's Chicken, and its corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. She also is a Board member of, and counsel to, the Church's Foundation.
Prior to her tenure at Church's, Mrs. Terrell was the Assistant General Counsel for Luxottica Retail (an Italian eyewear manufacturer and retailer, and the franchisor of more than 400 and operator of 200 Pearle Visions in the U.S. and Canada, and franchisor of approximately 100 Oakley locations outside the U.S.), at its corporate office in Mason, Ohio. Mrs. Terrell also worked as the General Counsel of Decorating Den Systems, Inc., an Easton, Maryland-based franchisor of home decorating services in the United States and Canada. Mrs. Terrell is a member of the American Bar Association (Forum on Franchising), and has been active in the Corporate Counsel Steering Committee and Diversity Caucus, as well as serving as the Liaison to the ABA Commission on Disability Rights. She is also a member of the International Franchise (IFA), and served two terms on its Task Force

Andra Terrell
David has been the VP, Domestic Franchise Development for Church’s Chicken since July 2017. In this role, he leads and directs all activities related to growing the franchisee base, new restaurant development, and construction. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Atlanta campus of Belhaven University, where he has taught Business Foundations, a study of modern business practices and operations.
David spent the majority of his career with McDonald’s Corporation, starting in 1995 as the Regional Controller in the former Nashville Region. In 2001 he moved to the Atlanta Region as Franchisee Finance Manager, and in 2004 he was promoted to the Atlanta Region Finance Director. In this role, in addition to being the Finance lead for the Region, he served on the Leadership Team, and worked closely with Franchising, Development, and Operations in developing and executing franchising and development plans to grow the business across the Region.
Prior to working for McDonald’s, David started his professional career as a Tax Accountant with KPMG in Nashville, Tennessee, then moved into the insurance industry working for CIGNA Corporation in Hartford, Connecticut.
David is a CPA (inactive), and he graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting, and his Master of Accountancy degree. In his spare time, David enjoys running, gardening/yardwork, following SEC football, volunteering and serving on ministry teams at his church, and simply hanging out with his wife of 32 years and their four-legged child, a miniature Dachshund.
